Free of charge! We always offer free shipping throughout Germany.
Due to the success and the large number of orders, there is a certain delay in our logistics. Therefore, our delivery time is now 7-14 working days. We hope for your patience 😊.
We always try to deliver your package as quickly as possible!
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with a track and trace. You can use this to check the status of your shipment.
Unfortunately, something may have gone wrong while processing your order. In this case, we ask that you contact our customer service team immediately. They will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution!
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery agent will leave a note in your letterbox. This note will contain clear instructions on where and when you can pick up your delivery.
You have 14 days to return your items. Make sure you provide a tracking number for your shipment, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return. The return costs are at the expense of the customer.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
